Truth and Life Empowerment Community Ministries Inc., believes in providing a safe space for the community for gathering, events and services.  We are open to the community for the allowing of our multipurpose facility.  Our facility can be used for meetings,  events,  gatherings, educational purposes and the list goes on.  The theater's seating capacity is 60 people.  For meetings, the capacity is 40 people.   We are located at 700 East Erie Ave, #Unit 226, Philadelphia, PA 19134  on the second floor.  In order to book our facility, please see the bottom listed below:

Standard Rate for events  $500.00 (4-5 Hours)
$250.00 Non-Refundable Deposit to hold event date.
$250.00 Balance due one week prior to event.
$150.00 Deposit for Clean up Fee (Given back once Sanctuary is left in clean and non damaging condition)

Church Services Monthly Rental Fee- $600.00
Sunday or Saturday Services for two hours from the following available time frames:

Saturday Availability 
Saturday 1 pm to 3 pm
Saturday  4 pm to 6 pm
Saturday  6 pm to 8 pm

Sunday Availability 
Sunday 1 pm to 3 pm
Sunday 4 pm to 6 pm
Sunday 6 pm to 8 pm

Extra Day of usage $100.00 additional (Monthly)
Wednesdays are  not available.
Monday-7:30 pm to 9:00 pm 
Tuesday-5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Thursday- 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm 

A rental form inquiry must be submitted before discussions can begin.  A security deposit is required for the first and last month of what the rental totals will be.
