Hospitality Lead Coordinator 
The Hospitality Lead Coordinator will assist the Director  with organizing, supporting and implementing various support group programs within the ministry. The Lead Coordinator will assist the  Director and subcommittee coordinators with support and reporting to the director on how each subcommittee is doing.  Also be responsible for making sure that all events and coordinators have a monthly group meeting with Director for planning purposes.

Requirements include:
Must be a full time member of the church.
Must be a tithing member of the church.
Attend Bible Study.
Attend Weekly Services.
Attend Prayer Call.
Leadership Skills.
Experience with some type of support groups.
Attend all Leadership Meetings
Financial Lead Coordinator 
The Financial Lead Coordinator will assist the Director  with organizing, supporting and implementing various support group programs within the ministry.  The Lead Coordinator will assist the  Director and subcommittee coordinators with support and reporting to the director on how each subcommittee is doing.   Also be responsible for making sure that all events and coordinators have a monthly group meeting with Director for planning purposes.

Outreach Group Lead Coordinator 
The Outreach Group Lead Coordinator will assist the Director  with organizing, supporting and implementing various support group programs within the ministry.  The Lead Coordinator will assist the  Director and subcommittee coordinators with support and reporting to the director on how each subcommittee is doing.   Also be responsible for making sure that all events and coordinators have a monthly group meeting with Director for planning purposes.

Support Group Lead Coordinator 
The Support Group Lead Coordinator will assist  the Director  with organizing, supporting and implementing various support group programs within the ministry.  The Lead Coordinator will assist the  Director and subcommittee coordinators with support and reporting to the director on how each subcommittee is doing.   Also be responsible for making sure that all events and coordinators have a monthly group meeting with Director for planning purposes.

Governing Board Member will be responsible for the following activities within the church:

The governing board is and will :
  • Meet once a month.
  • Helps to oversee the budget.
  • Strategic Planning .
  • Help with recruitment.
  • Collaboration 
    Assist with Fundraising
Financial Director-( Board Volunteer)

The Financial Director will be responsible for maintaining financial reports. and overseeing financial operations of the ministry.   Financial Director will oversee audit team, accounting team and also planning committee team. The Financial Director will report to the Pastor and Board Members.  This candidate will be responsible for depositing funds after service within a reasonable time.  Must be able to train and put numbers together and develop a relationship with bank representative.  Weekly profit and loss reports will be sent to the Pastor and Board.  Must be able to work under stressful deadlines,

Spiritual Empowerment Director -(Board Volunteer)

The Spiritual Empowerment Director will be responsible for overseeing the education component of the ministry.  They will be responsible for programming Christian Education, New Members Class and Ministerial Training Classes.  Will also work closely with the needs of the ministry in regards to empowerment. Spiritual Empowerment will report to Board Chairman and Pastor.

Submit Monthly Board Reports online by 25th of each month. 
Transgender Coordinator-(Volunteer)

The Transgender Coordinator will be responsible for holding support groups to help serve the transgender population at large.  This candidate will be responsible for holding a monthly meeting of empowerment for the Transgender Population.  This candidate will report to the Support Group Director and will be responsible for submitting a monthly report to the board due by the 25th of each month.  

Requirements Include:

Must have good follow up skills with members
Submit monthly report to the board by 25th of each month. 
Live Life Again Coordinator- (Volunteer)

This candidate will be responsible for holding a minimum of one monthly meeting to help serve those impacted with HIV/AIDS.  This person will serve as the point of contact to help serve those impacted with HIV/AIDS in the ministry and community at large.  Will be responsible for retaining confidential information.  Serve as  a mentor for the group.  Will be responsible for empowering the support group with speakers, luncheons, seminars and church fellowship.  This candidate will report to the Support Group Coordinator and will be responsible for turning in monthly reports to the board by the 25th of each month.

Second Chance Support Group Coordinator-(Volunteer)

This Candidate will be responsible for holding support group/meetings for those impacted with substance abuse in the ministry and the community at large. Will be responsible for empowering group with workshops, speakers, seminars, support group meetings at a minimum  of one meeting a month.  Must have experience with working with substance abuse field.  Will be responsible for implementing and planning activities to help foster a thriving environment.  Will also be responsible for submitting a monthly report to the board by the 25th of each month.

Sick and Shut in Coordinator-Volunteer

This candidate will report to the Building Facilities Director and the Pastoral Care Director in regards to those who are in need of assistance with prayer.  This candidate will be responsible for following up with the sick and the shut in on a weekly basis.  This candidate will also inform deacons of the status of each person on the list.  This person must be a people person.  Also must submit reports to the board on a monthly basis by the 25th of each month.

Media Coordinator (Volunteered)

The Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing the sound booth for services and events.  Media Coordinator will also be responsible for recording and editing church events including church services.  Must arrive thirty minutes prior to the begin of services and events.  Also will be assigned for making DVD, CD's and managing website.  Experience is preferred but not necessary.
